A large company with its own crab farm and wine distillery, Wang Bao He is till today one of the go-to places for people of all ages. While its crab dishes may appear old-fashioned in terms of presentation, veteran foodies insist that the intense and savory flavor of the crab flesh and roes it offers – a result of decades of experience in preparing the crustacean – has distinguished it from the competition.
